Our work includes market analysis, setting up processes, building and leveraging strong networks, and exploring new technologies and trends in ways that enhance the TEAM group’s collective business proposition.

Responsibilities:

As a Sponsorship Sales Executive within the Business Development team, you will play an integral role in delivering sales results for TEAM’s clients as well as expanding TEAM’s network and market knowledge. The main objective of the role is to secure sponsorship agreements for our clients’ properties.

Your responsibilities will include the following:

  • Providing marketplace knowledge to the department by gathering client-based industry data and staying up to date on new trends, brands invested in the space and evolving consumer habits
  • Supporting in identifying relevant categories and prospects, defining property- and brand-specific narratives, outlining opportunities to up-sell current partners and building demand for the respective properties
  • Compiling comprehensive background analyses of prospective sponsors and their industry sectors
  • Creating market-leading sales materials for identified target brands and incumbent sponsors, including information gathering, defining key sales messages and the structuring of presentation decks
  • Setting up meetings with target brands and attending and participating in certain sales meetings
