REQUIREMENTS
- 5 years of hands-on experience in exhibition sponsorship and space selling.
- Must have worked for international Tech exhibitions and Conferences.
- Must have worked on targets within the range of USD 200K- 500K.
- Possession of a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, an MBA or advanced degree would be a notable advantage.
- Demonstrated track record in cultivating and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders in the industry.
- Innate self-motivation, an unwavering commitment to producing results, and the ability to flourish within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sponsorship strategy to attract diverse sponsors and exhibitors.
- Design tailored exhibition spaces and booth solutions for exhibitors.
- Identify and research potential sponsors, exhibitors, and collaborators.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in potential sponsor organizations.
- Create compelling, customized sponsorship proposals highlighting benefits like brand visibility and lead generation.
- Ensure seamless activation and execution of sponsorship agreements for maximum ROI.
- Work with Marketing, Events, and PR teams to align sponsorship initiatives with overall marketing strategies.
- Represent the organization at industry events and conferences to build relationships with potential sponsors and partners.
