You will need to come up with a creative solution on the spot to ensure that youth have a positive experience (the show must go on!). Is our website in need of a refresh? You will run point on updating it, coming up with content ideas, and refreshing our social media posts. Being a “do-er” (with creative flair) will serve you well in this role

Responsibilities:

  • Acting as the day-to-day contact for Sport Development programming.
  • You will collaborate across departments for program integration (sponsorship, tickets, research & development, equity, diversity & inclusion, etc.). There are multiple priorities and considerations that go into everything that we do. In addition to internal coordination, you will build and maintain relationships and strong communication channels with parents and the broader sport community.

  • Assist with managing our social and web presence.
  • You will be responsible for updating and coordinating content for www.raptorsdevelopment.com, @raptorsdevelopment, www.leafsdevelopment.com and @leafsdevelopment Instagram pages. You do not have to be super tech savvy, but you do need to be willing to learn.
  • Assist MLSE Foundation and MLSE Launchpad colleagues with sport initiatives as required.
  • You are part of a “one team” approach. We help and support each other with the delivery of our programs across all our teams and departments.
