Description:
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong leadership and management skills.

- Deep knowledge of sports, coaching, and athletic training.
- Ability to manage budgets and financial processes.
- Proven experience in event planning and management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Physical Education, or related field (preferred).
Responsibilities:
- Academy Operations Management:
- Oversee the daily operations of the sports academy, ensuring smooth functioning.
- Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Monitor the scheduling of training sessions, events, and tournaments.
- Team Leadership and Supervision:
- Lead and manage a team of coaches, trainers, administrative staff, and other personnel.
- Foster a positive and motivating work environment for all academy members.
- Program Development and Management:
- Develop training programs for different age groups and skill levels.
- Recruitment and Talent Scouting:
- Identify and recruit talented athletes for training programs.
- Establish strong relationships with local schools, sports organizations, and community clubs.
- Budgeting and Financial Management:
- Prepare and manage the academy’s budget, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Marketing and Promotion:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the academy’s programs and events.
- Oversee social media, website, and other marketing channels to ensure positive public engagement.
- Athlete Development and Performance Monitoring:
- Monitor athletes’ progress and ensure training programs are designed to maximize potential.
- Provide regular feedback to athletes and their families about progress and areas for improvement.
- Event Management:
- Organize and oversee sports competitions, tournaments, and other academy-related events.
- Continuous Improvement and Innovation:
- Stay updated with the latest trends, training techniques, and best practices in sports management.
