Sports and Event Photography Operation Manager

Due to further expansion we are offering a role within our DEphoto franchise team offering a complete and proven sports and event photography operation containing all the essential elements for you to join the team and develop your own DEphoto Team in our exclusive territory.
We support most major sports clubs in the Southampton/Bournemouth/Salisbury/Basingstoke/Portsmouth/Dorchester area. Ranging from Football, Rugby, Gymnastics, Swimming, Dance Studios where we supply the best print on site service at all there junior and grassroots competitions as well as running successful Photography contracts at local Christmas Grottos.
We currently work with over 50 schools and Nurseries in these areas offering everything from Sports Day coverage to School Portraits to Christmas Nativity productions.
We will train you and assist you as our next Operation Manager to build upon the fantastic reputation we have established in this ever-expanding market place. Firstly working along side another manager learning on site at events before going out with your own team and van. Ideally you will have some management experience and good organisational skills and a reasonable level of photography experience ideally in sports events.Also a good level of IT skills will be required but we will help you develop with the software in place. You will be getting the extensive know-how and training necessary to run your own successful van.
A Ford Transit LWB van for work use will be supplied (so 3 years driving experience needed) and parked safely at your premises, all other products and materials will be supplied by ourselves.
The role predominately would require a good level of team management skills, with a calm approach to a high energy work environment. This position would be ideally suited to a self-employed individual looking to supplement their income with additional weekend and summer work. Potential of working out of area requiring staying in Hotels overnight. Historically every Weekend between May and July are the busiest months in the Industry.

Pay: £15,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
