SPORTS ASSISTANT

We are seeking an appropriately experienced person with excellent administration skills to support our sports clubs with administrative tasks. Reporting to the Director of Co-curricular Activities and working alongside the sporting directors, the successful applicant will carry out work such as assisting with events, managing registrations, collating records, taking meeting minutes, and other administrative tasks. This is a part time position (25 hours per week) commencing in February 2025 or earlier as agreed. We would consider a term time only role (which means the incumbent will not usually be required to work during College vacation periods), although this would increase the weekly term time hours to around 32 hours per week. There may be some flexibility with when and where hours are worked, although some will be set to align with the requirements of the sport, e.g., meetings, events etc.
