Salary: Starting from £22,728, rising to £23,581 + 10% shift allowance

As a Sports Assistant, you will play a vital role within our team, carrying out the day-to-day front of house operation of all Sports facilities and associated areas, so that we can provide indoor and outdoor activities and events for students, university staff, the local community and high-performance athletes.
This is a great position to learn and develop basic skills within a sporting environment, where you will get to work alongside high-performance athletes, many of whom compete in the Summer and Winter Olympics.

Responsibilities:

Your main responsibilities will consist of
- lifeguarding
- setting up indoor and outdoor activities
- setting up events
- assisting with general enquiries from customers
- responding to ad hoc requests for support
You will also be involved in patrolling facilities, security, cleanliness, health and safety and emergency procedures.
