Purpose of the role:
The Partner Activation Manager is the voice of the brand that would ensure the positive development of the adidas brand image by providing efficient and effective communication of key messages across all appropriate communication channels and development of the related products range.
In this role, you will play a key role in building the adidas brand as the most impactful brand through inspirational brand exposure and product offer. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams to bring this activation to life.

What you’ll do:

  • Support the Director Sports Marketing and collaborate with internal and external teams for all consumer-facing activations..
  • Ensure brand visibility and ongoing presence throughout all relevant touchpoints.
  • Develop a partner activation comprehensive calendar.
  • Provide guidance to creative and event agencies for generating localized content.
  • Create, manage, and execute activation plans for Commercial Activations, emphasizing the brand’s top priorities.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities within the related platform.
  • Manage the budget for the partner portfolio.
  • Work closely with other markets to ensure visibility and alignment.
  • Provide support in all business discussions addressing specific requirements and internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor the market’s implementation of seasonal plans, ensuring alignment with the defined strategy.
  • Monitor merchandise flow to ensure optimal service level.

Skills you’ll need:

  • Ability to manage several projects at the same time and great prioritization capacity.

  • Progressive professional experience in Marketing or Commercial Department, designing operational marketing plans.
  • English fluent: advanced level (C1).
