Description:
EMBARK ON A JOURNEY OF IMPACTFUL ADVENTURE
The Sports Official holds responsibility to officiate youth sports in accordance with YMCA goals and objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Act in accordance with YMCA of the USA Youth Sports policies and procedures at all times.
- Build relationships with participants, parents, coaches, and officials.
- Maintain a safe sports environment at all times. Make sure that non-participants are not interfering with game play or participation of team members.
- Conduct a coaches meeting before each game.
- Ensures compliance with all YGBW policies and standard operating procedures.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
