Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a Sports Promotion Manager you are part of the local marketing team and the beating heart of our full Sports Promotion strategy. You are responsible for creating the longer-term promotion plan, making sure all offers and promotions are being developed and these are all communicated on the right time, on the right place and to the right audience. You will have a strong affinity with the Sports betting product and know all ins and outs of the (inter-)national sports scene.
YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Creating the overall sports promotion strategy in line with the overall marketing plan as well as the Danish advertising policies
- Coordinate with the relevant teams to oversee their execution of promotions – Media, Brand and CRM
- Make adaptions and optimizations as required to improve results per channel, sport vertical, per segment etc.
- Measure, report and optimize all activities within the sportsbook product
- Work against the budget and sportsbook targets and make sure you cover all KPIs with the right actions, on the right time for the right segments
- Prepare weekly / monthly sportsbook promotions reports
- Make sure the website and messaging are targeted correctly and accurate
- Make sure promotions are visible, easy, clear and simple for customers to engage with
- Analyse market developments, limitations and opportunities and translate this to strategical and tactical actions
- Analyse customer data to identify trends and opportunities
- Monitor industry trends & stay up-to-date on best practices in sportsbook promotion
