EXPERIENCE

Professional Diploma (DEP) in finishing or equivalent. Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role

Analyze the production sheet to determine components to be painted and necessary finishes. Wash and prepare pieces before painting. Apply pre-painting treatment and mask pieces as needed. Check and adjust the quality of the finish (shade, gloss, etc.). Paint the pieces, place them in the oven, and manage heating times. Adjust settings to ensure uniformity and quality of finish. Inspect pieces at each stage of the process. Determine the arrangement of finished products on pallets. Pack finished pieces if necessary. Maintain a clean workspace, including the spray gun and paint booth. Manage product orders and inventory. Complete documents related to quality (ISO). Organize finished pieces for shipment. Be ready to support the team when needed.
