Emtec Fire Systems, a leading provider of innovative fire protection solutions nationwide. We’re currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to join us at our Uddingston HQ. Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

As a Project Manager (Sprinkler Systems) with Emtec Fire Systems, you will oversee the successful delivery of work packages, ensuring that all projects are completed safely, within budget, on time, and to client specifications. You will lead a team of project engineers, delivering exciting Sprinkler System projects in Glasgow and the surrounding areas.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead site-based teams to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including Health & Safety, Environmental Policy, Quality Assurance, and Purchasing.
  • Ensure all work is completed to high standards, complying with relevant British Standards and codes of practice.
  • Establish and manage financial targets, providing regular financial updates to the Commercial Manager.
  • Oversee tendering processes for additional project works, adapting to client needs.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop site-based teams.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and fostering future opportunities.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within our existing customer base.
  • Offer technical support to both clients and site teams by leveraging resources from central departments, specialist suppliers, and subcontractors.
  • Provide necessary training and support to enhance team performance and contribute to the business unit’s overall success.
