KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Oversee technical and financial aspects of contracts, from variations to final inspections.
• Conduct site inspections, toolbox talks, and manage material orders.
• Represent M&P Fire Protection professionally at site and contract meetings.
• Ensure compliance with quality and Health and Safety standards.
• Produce Method Statements, Risk Assessments, and O&M Manuals.
• Liaise with clients, third parties, and management to ensure resources are available.
• Brief clients and site personnel on working requirements and processes.
• Perform monthly financial assessments to track work progress and costs.
• Communicate project issues proactively to senior management.
• Resolve problems by suggesting and agreeing on alternative solutions.

You will ensure projects meet current British Standards, delivering them on time and within budget. Collaborate with clients and customers to achieve high-quality, customer-focused results.
