We currently have an exciting opportunity to join our team. A vacancy has arisen for the role of Summary Process Clerical Officer within the Crime & Justice Department here at Mansfield, Nottinghamshire.
The purpose of the role is to be responsible for all matters aligned to the processing, updating and maintenance of records in relation to Traffic Offence Forms and Summary Files ensuring that both ours and partner agency computer records in relation to prosecution, fines and courses offered are up to date. We are situated in a large open office environment with the possibility of agile working as an option once fully trained subject to the policy being rectified.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and previous experience in the operation of computerised word processing systems and the ability to collate data and information accurately and efficiently. The post holder will be able to work on their own initiative with minimum supervision. It is also important to be able to prioritise your own workload in order to meet strict deadlines.
