ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Proven experience as a reporting analyst, with a strong focus on data analysis and financial reporting.
• Strong expertise in SQL.
• Exposure to Azure data tools such as Data Factory, Data Bricks, or Synapse.
• Previous experience working on CRM/Billing platforms.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working in the Utilities, Energy, or Telco industries is highly desirable.

ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a SQL Reporting Analyst with a strong background in data analysis and financial reporting to join our team. You will play a key role in providing data insights through detailed analysis and reporting, working closely with stakeholders to support business decisions. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work mostly remotely with occasional onsite requirements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work with stakeholders to identify reporting requirements and provide data insights.
• Gather and compile data from various sources, ensuring data quality by identifying and correcting inconsistencies.
• Use statistical methods and analytical tools to interpret data, discover trends, and derive actionable insights.
• Present findings through visualizations, making complex data more understandable for non-technical audiences.
• Create reports and summaries of analyses for stakeholders in an easily digestible format.
• Utilize techniques like regression, machine learning, or forecasting models to predict future trends based on historical data.
