SUMMARY
This is a level III SQL Developer role on our software development team. Our SQL Developer will work closely with the Software Engineering team members to design, develop, enhance, and maintain software applications. Experience with performance tunning, ETL, SSIS/SSRS and previous experience working on a software development team is highly desirable.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- AA degree or higher in Information Technology, Business, or related field required.
- Demonstrated experience (3 - 5 years, on average) with SQL, SSIS and Stored Procedure development and maintenance
- Demonstrated knowledge of performance tuning and code optimization concepts
- Experience in delivering medium-sized project from inception to deployment (the full software development lifecycle)
- Demonstrated leadership and communication skills.
- Deep working knowledge of all ODS departments, workflows, business processes and our industry

Responsibilities:
- Take the lead in designing, developing enhancing, and maintaining Job Scheduler-based client applications, using T-SQL and the Agile/Scrum development process.
- Conduct code reviews and quality assurance processes to ensure that the software development standards are being adhered to by teammates and junior engineers
- Prioritize the work of self and others to meet milestones and delivery due dates
- Perform other duties as assigned.
