BAER IS LOOKING FOR SR. ABAP DEVELOPER TECHNICAL LEAD SAP FULL STACK DEVELOPER FOR A 9+ MONTH PROJECT LOCATED IN MALVERN, PA.

Title: Sr. ABAP Developer Technical Lead SAP Full Stack Developer
Location: Hybrid - Malvern, PA
Duration: 9 months
Rate: Hourly Plus Expenses Reimbursed
Alignment: W2 or C2C

DESCRIPTION:

• Lead the development and customization of SAP applications, focusing on aligning with “Fit to Standard” guidelines in the SAP Public Cloud environment.
• Develop front-end and back-end solutions using SAP technologies, including ABAP, Fiori/UI5, RAP, CDS, and ODATA.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and design technical solutions.
• Participate in integration processes using SAP Cloud Integration Suite and Business Technology Platform (BTP).
• Provide expertise in designing and developing Fiori applications, including both freestyle and Fiori elements.
• Develop, implement, and maintain ODATA services, CDS views, and SAP workflow processes.
• Ensure seamless integration between SAP and non-SAP platforms, including Concur and other third-party applications, leveraging SAP API Management and Event Mesh.
• Support the end-to-end process of developing and implementing SAP applications, including forms development and enhancing user experiences with adherence to SAP User Experience guidelines.
• Participate in workshops and client meetings, providing technical expertise and communicating effectively with stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Strong hands-on experience with Fiori application development (Fiori/UI5, Freestyle Fiori, Fiori element development).
• Experience with RAP (Restful Application Programming), extensibility concepts, and best practices for front-end development.
• Proficiency with tools such as SAP BTP-BAS, ADT-Eclipse, and WebIDE tools.
• Knowledge of SAP User Experience guidelines and best practices for delivering optimized user interfaces.
• Extensive experience in developing ODATA services and creating CDS (Core Data Services) views.
• Strong ABAP programming skills, including experience with RAP, CAPM (Cloud Application Programming Model), and workflow.
• Familiarity with Forms development using SAP technologies.
• Experience with SAP Cloud Integration Suite, API Management, and Event Mesh for developing integration solutions.
• Ability to design and implement processes hosted on SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform).
• Proven experience in integrating SAP with other cloud platforms and applications (e.g., Concur, non-SAP solutions).
• Senior-level experience as an ABAP Developer or SAP Full Stack Developer with strong hands-on expertise in front-end, back-end, and integration.
• Prior experience with “Fit to Standard” mindset and SAP Public Cloud implementations.
• Expertise in SAP Fiori/UI5 development and customization, with knowledge of SAP Business Technology Platform tools and services.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently in a largely remote setting, with flexibility for occasional travel to attend in-person workshops.
• Familiarity with SAP Business Technology Platform, including Integration Suite, API Management, and Event Mesh.
