As the Sr. Account Executive (Sales Lead MENA), you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities and fostering strategic relationships with enterprise clients across the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region with a particular focus on the UAE. This role requires a blend of hands-on sales execution and strategic market leadership. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment on product capabilities and market needs while leading expansion efforts in one of our most dynamic regions.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Identify and build relationships with key decision-makers in target enterprise accounts.
  • Develop and execute a strategic account plan to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Drive go-to-market initiatives to strengthen our presence in the MENA region, with a particular focus on the UAE.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to present tailored solutions that meet client objectives.
  • Develop a robust understanding of client’s business goals and objectives to become a trusted advisor.
  • Ensure seamless communication with clients and internal stakeholders throughout the sales cycle.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts, promoting long-term client success.
  • Collaborate closely with the product, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project implementation.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitive landscape, and industry insights, providing strategic input to adapt sales strategies effectively.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to leadership on progress against targets and overall market insights.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to raise brand awareness and build a strong network.
