Together with our colleagues in Austria, you will actively supply to making this world a little healthier. To strengthen our Account Manager Team, we are looking for a responsible, committed, motivated and independent person to fill the position as:
YOUR QUALIFICATION:
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biology, or a related field with several years of laboratory experience, or equivalent experience in the field. A Master’s degree and preferably a Ph.D. in Life Sciences are very welcome.
- Strong background and known to work in Life Science sales and account management, working with industrial, pharma, or Biotech customers.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German (minimum level C1).
- Commercial drive and ability to support and lead multiple projects.
- Effectively prioritize business and customer needs to achieve quarterly and annual targets.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship development skills.
- Self-motivation and analytical thinking.
- Positive demeanor and desire to succeed contribute to your success in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Sales Force.
- Valid driving license.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with key Biotech customers in Austria, offering a wide range of consumables and benchtop instruments.
- Apply your expertise in understanding customers’ outstanding needs and offering customized solutions that meet their requirements.
- Develop positive relationships with customers to drive sales and contribute to their success in the Biotech industry.
- Cultivate and further professional business relationships with both existing and potential customers, including those in V/C-suite positions.
- Provide extensive support to customers, assisting them in accelerating their progress and transitioning from the research stage to the clinical or commercial development stage.
- Collect, analyze, and share market intelligence to formulate sales strategies tailored to specific territories and accounts.
- Optimally translate sales strategies into actionable steps to achieve business objectives.
