Description:
EDUCATION
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
EXPERIENCE
- One to three years’ experience in administration, pharmaceutical development, or project management preferred.
Equivalent combinations of education, training, and meaningful work experience may be considered.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES
- Very effective written, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills are required with strong proficiency in the English Language.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Project and PowerPoint) required.
- Knowledge of SmartSheets preferred.
- Well organized with a strong attention to detail and a proven track record to work on and efficiently prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work well in both a team or independently as the need arises.
- Demonstrate a dedication to providing an industry leading customer experience.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical product development, analytical development in pharmaceuticals and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) preferred with knowledge of typical project management software systems a plus.
Responsibilities:
ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES:
- Primary site receptionist
- Providing general administrative support to the site, including members of the site leadership team
- Coordination of arrangements for site events in-house and off site including arranging catering
- Procurement of supplies to onboard new staff members (office supplies, computer, phone etc.)
- Coordinating and hosting visits onsite including customers, suppliers, contractors, employment candidates and corporate visitors
- Provide support on additional projects as assigned
PROJECT COORDINATOR DUTIES:
- Coordinate material and product shipments on assigned projects
- Assist with manufacturing batch and analytical method scheduling and planning to facilitate manufacturing readiness activities
- Handle document exchanges within Patheon and between Patheon and our clients
- Assist project managers with timely preparation and approval of Changes of Scopes (COS).
- Coordinate with shipping and materials management for project requirements to ensure timely orders of special material or components.
- Generate and issue meeting agendas and draft meeting minutes.
- Provide on-site Client support as needed.
- Provide key insights to revenue tracking and forecasting
- Represent the site as a key collaborator in the Customer Experience Management program
- Act as the primary internal site communicator to share news and updates from the site
- Other duties as assigned.
