This position will be responsible for bringing together key stakeholders and leaders to drive project alignment, efficiently manage and effectively report on Infrastructure and Cyber Security projects. Your focus will be to ensure the successful delivery of our project roadmap but also its contribution to our overarching strategic vision and global alignment. Your accountability will be instrumental in actualizing project value and diminishing delivery-related risks.
Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate Project Ownership by collaborating with Project and Program Managers to define and prioritize project requirements, ensure successful delivery across domains through close work with cross-functional teams. Coach and Train where required to establish a repeatable delivery and consistent reporting of projects
- Maintain Portfolio/Program Oversight by staying updated on all projects, identify synergies to enhance organizational benefits or reduce costs, develope initial scopes for new initiatives, and support high-impact escalation and mitigation strategies
- Focus on Customer Satisfaction by actively seeking feedback on services and projects, serve as an escalation point, if necessary, with the goal of ensuring clients receive value for the projects delivered
- Support development of Roadmap Documentation to facilitate the approval and initiation of projects within the infrastructure portfolio, aligning plans and delivery with the broader vision and strategy of the business units and geographies
- Conduct Financial Planning and Status reporting by working closely with the PMO and Project Owners to keep accurate up to date records, with the goal of identifying poor trends early and addressing
- Foster Cross-Functional Collaboration among IT teams and other departments to ensure seamless project execution in alignment with organizational goals
- Oversee and ensure accountability for the entire financial portfolio, managing year-end accruals, hardware procurement, and vendor transactions through project teams
- Enforce Governance and Compliance by ensuring project delivery standards are met in accordance with the PMO and other internal requirements
- Support project management resource Capacity Planning by assisting with staffing decisions/onboarding across projects and tracking Employee and Contractor capacity
- Ensure tracking and handoff of services post-project is executed across the portfolio, working diligently to transition ensure continuity of service and support
- Provide comprehensive assistance to PMs in all phases of project delivery, from training and reviews to financial oversight and SharePoint site management
- Spearhead the creation of monthly portfolio reports, analyzing schedules and budget actuals, forecasts, and costs, while identifying risks and streamlining project execution for enhanced efficiency
