You will provide technical support for utilization work and provide contractor oversight for the completion of that work ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient operation within the Northern Ontario region with quality and the customer in mind.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical and procedural support for utilization and operations work which includes onsite support for escalated calls, initial customer partner concern issue resolution, quality assurance non-conformance resolution, incident review support including TSSA interactions.
  • Oversee vendor/contractor management program activities including onboarding, oversight, and invoice tracking.
  • Act as a key liaison between external and internal stakeholders regarding utilization code (B149) questions, requirements, and infractions/non compliances.
  • Participate in the standby/on-call rotation for emergency response and provide field leadership during emergencies as assigned.
  • Act as a Supervisor during absences.
  • Act as local lead for Company initiatives as required.
