We are seeking a detail-oriented Analyst specializing in variable compensation to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and managing compensation plans for sales teams. Their primary focus is on variable compensation, which is the portion of a salesperson’s pay that fluctuates based on performance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that compensation strategies align with organizational objectives and industry benchmarks.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of 3 experience in compensation analysis, specifically focused on variable compensation.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data manipulation and analysis tools (e.g., Excel (can perform complex functions) , Power BI, etc.).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

• Familiarity with advanced data analytics and visualization tools.
