POSITION SUMMARY
This position will provide financial reporting and support for the Retail Store Payroll. The purpose of the role is to report weekly and monthly financial performance, as well as Forecasting and Budgeting for Store Payroll & Field Management organization. Many of these reports are a critical tool used by the leadership team to help manage the Financial and operational performance of the business. The individual will take an active role in identifying improvement opportunities and will partner cross functionally with business partners throughout the company. This is an ideal opportunity for a candidate that is eager to learn the FP&A Payroll process and get experience presenting findings to leadership.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Budgeting/Forecasting Retail Operating Payroll, Non-Op Payroll, & Field Management
- Reporting on Weekly & Monthly results vs Budget/Forecast
- Maintenance of financial data sources
- Effectively communicating results and findings to leadership
- Proactively identify systemic improvement opportunities and work through implementation
- Assist in various department projects in support of team goals
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of financial reporting experience, preferablyin a retail organization
- 1+ years of experience with PowerPoint and ExcelModeling
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of experience financial reporting, preferablyin a retail organization
- 1+ years of experience Essbase, SAP, SQL
EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s Degree
