Description:
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role within Wealth Operations or a related area.
- Experience in Python/PySpark, Databricks, Excel, VBA, MS Access, JIRA, Confluence; nice to have experience with Alteryx, PowerBI and Tableau.
- Demonstrated experience in process reengineering and improvement initiatives.
- Excellent data and analytical skills with the ability to dissect complex problems and propose innovative solutions.
- Some experience in Data and Risk Governance or related roles in Business, Governance, Risk and Controls
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively to various stakeholders.
- Experience in process documentation and creating detailed process maps.
- A proactive, critical mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:
ROLE SUMMARY
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Business Innovation & Transformation (BI&T) within Wealth Operational Excellence and Project Chassis, this role will act as a supporting multiple tasks from automation; ideate new ideas on tools and technology; support building Proof of Concepts; manage/support existing End-User-Computing objects (EUCs) and Robotics Process Automation (RPA); lead the development and implementation of projects to support Wealth Operations.
The ideal candidate is a go-getter with inclination to solve problems on time and within budget; ability to ask relevant questions, escalate in a timely manner and good communication skills. The candidate will excel in analyzing problems, developing, and presenting data-driven solutions, and documenting processes and solutions while engaging in ensuring data governance and risk management practices are in place. If you are critical about improving processes, adept at using advanced technical tools, and have a knack for creating clear and effective process documents, we want to hear from you.
