Description:
JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Serve as a supplier “crisis” manager:
a. Work with suppliers not meeting or in danger of not meeting supply terms to understand, address, and solve critical issues
b. Provide clear communication to inventory control team
c. Learn necessary data systems in order to provide data analysis and support
d. Demonstrate ownership and the willingness to “roll up your sleeves” and get the job done
e. Provide report outs on supplier visits along with providing updates to executive management
f. Work with counterparts at NMEX and attend joint visits for non-performing suppliers - As necessary, performs other related duties of which the above are representative
Experience:
Five or more years in business analysis, SCM, project management, Engineering or related field. Experience in the automotive industry and SCM highly preferred.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in a related business discipline.
