What to Expect
The Corporate Card and Expense Team is looking for a Sr. Analyst to assist in system maintenance and reporting. The successful candidate will be able to use data analytics to propose improvement opportunities to Tesla’s financial management.

What You’ll Do

  • Assist in administering expense and auditing system configurations
  • Develop and present monthly reports of the company’s corporate card spend, audit findings, and ad hoc requests
  • Assist with fraud or expense audits/investigation
  • Participate and drive special projects, as required, which includes working closely with various cross-functional and global teams
  • Ensure the connections to/from the expense system and other systems are working properly
  • Support the team regarding expense administration, implementation and management of corporate cards, system configurations, audit rule setup, and development of custom reports
  • Contribute to other functional day-to-day activities when needed, including solving customer service issues, account reconciliations, cardholder delinquency, escalations, and other tasks

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years related analytical experience
  • Experience working in Concur
  • Critical thinking related to policy enforcement and compliance
  • Project management and collaboration with multiple teams
  • Experience with Excel Power Query, Power BI, and SQL
  • Solution-driven and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly accurate and detail oriented

Expected Compensation
$64,000 - $240,000/annual salary, depending on level + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
