The Sr. Analyst will be a key member of the corporate development team. The candidate will be the primary driver of analytics processes for the corporate development team, managing a portfolio of projects in alignment with the strategic goals and initiatives of the business as well as recommending and supporting the implementation of technology solutions. The Sr. Analyst will gain a strong understanding of the business while interacting and partnering with a variety of teams throughout DaVita to determine what new solutions and products will result in the greatest overall impact to the corporate development team’s efforts.
The corporate development team focuses their efforts on building partnerships with physicians, hospitals, and health systems. The ideal candidate will be comfortable interacting with a variety of key internal stakeholders, including but not limited to corporate development, technology specific centers of excellence, IT, field operations, corporate strategy, legal, and compliance. The candidate will be reporting into the business development strategy and special projects team.
The Sr. Analyst must be able to work successfully with cross-functional teams as well as be comfortable interacting directly with both peers and executives across departments. The following description qualifications generally reflect the expectations of this position but are not intended to be all inclusive.

Job description

  • Build and maintain Tableau dashboards to track Corporate Development activities and senior leadership leveraging data sourced from Salesforce
  • Corporate Development team Salesforce Super User
  • Provide orientation and technical support to team
  • Identify and implement areas of improvement in the Salesforce ecosystem
  • Liaison with Salesforce development team on issues and improvements
  • Educate Corporate Development team on changes to platform or workflows
  • Strategy thought partner, ad hoc analysis and reporting as needed

Qualifications

  • Experience with Salesforce (preferred) or other CRMs
  • Experience in data visualization platforms (Tableau preferred)
  • Experience in Excel data manipulation
  • Interest and strengths in data analysis and innovation
  • A focus on analytical process improvement
  • A self-starter mentality and thoughtful execution abilities
  • Strong communication skills, ability to communicate well at the VP-level
  • Prioritization skills, ability to manage multiple workstreams concurrently
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2+ years of experience with data analytics and business intelligence; regulated industry experience preferred
