The Talent Partnerships Team is tasked with helping deliver fully staffed and stable teams to our field partners by making long-term investments in new pools clinical of talent. We do this by:
Building long-term candidate sourcing pipelines with our partners Tapping into new pools of clinical talent including partnering with academic institutions and international recruiting agencies Crafting compelling offers, internship experiences, and 1st year programing
You will report to a sr. manager on the Talent Partnerships Team.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2-4 years of total work experience
  • Project management experience
  • Demonstrated intermediate to high Excel skills; independently able to produce an analytical model to support business decisions

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience supporting or managing external (e.g., vendor or partner) relationships or programs
  • Formally or informally training / coaching more junior teammates
    Interview process: The interview process will consist of an initial phone screen, behavioral based interview, analytical assessment and a case study.
    Location: This role will be remote.
