SKILLS AND BACKGROUND REQUIRED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:
- 3-5 years of experience in any combination of the following fields: Project Management, Finance, Operations, Business Development, Sourcing, Paralegal
- 3-5 years of experience in financial modeling and financial model presentation.
- Proven communication skills, both written and verbal are essential
- Self-starter with strong personal and time management skills
- Ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects and transactions at the same time
- Strong orientation to detail, analytical and organization skills

- Bachelor degree in related fields to business, real estate, economics, finance, sciences, public policy

The Sr. Analyst, Global Real Estate and Workplace Planning plays a crucial role in analyzing and driving strategic decisions and optimizing Herbalife’s global real estate portfolio of over 300+ direct leased or owned properties consisting of 7,000,000 SF of office, retail, industrial and R&D asset classes with cost implications to Herbalife. Your expertise will be vital in forecasting market changes, identifying trends, and providing insights to support Herbalife’s business objectives.
