Major Duties :1. Provides input on performance reviews for less experienced team members
2. Interacts with partners and/or clients to determine business automation needs
3. Provides business unit partners with ongoing systems guidance; acts as a troubleshooter
4. Reviews and analyzes existing system enhancements and recommends modifications as needed
5. Prepares materials and manuals and provides training to partners
6. Prepares project phase reports, including requirements, feasibility, definition, and design. May also provide input to availability reporting.
7. Directs and performs prototyped systems development and solutions.
8. Provides project support and project planning; develops test plans and user acceptance criteria. May also track bullet proofing tasks.
9. More technically sound in area of expertise and has broader knowledge of other areas
10. Delivers a work product that requires less revision
11. Able to facilitate discussions and reach decisions
Knowledge :Knowledge of business processes, usually acquired through related work experience,
is required to develop and support applications. Advanced knowledge of programming, debugging,
and testing systems’ programs is required to develop and enhance complex business systems. Analytical and problem solving skills are needed for systems guidance.
Experience :A College or University degree and/or some relevant work experience is required
