Description:

FundThrough is looking for a highly skilled and motivated Senior Analyst to join our dynamic Portfolio Management team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in monitoring and analyzing the performance of our accounts, ensuring that our portfolio remains robust, compliant, and aligned with company objectives. This position requires a deep understanding of commercial credit, financial analysis, and effective cross-departmental collaboration.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in portfolio management, credit analysis, or a closely related role.
  • Strong analytical skills with demonstrated experience in reviewing financial statements, bank statements, and performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a proven ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely to a variety of stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive reviews of existing client accounts, focusing on key performance metrics such as dilution, overdue balances, and balance growth.
  • Perform detailed analysis of clients’ Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), bank statements, balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements to assess financial health and identify potential risks.
  • Evaluate tax and lien risks associated with client accounts and conduct thorough reviews of invoice verification to ensure accuracy, strength, and compliance.
  • Collaborate effectively with Client Services, Risk, and other departments to ensure a holistic approach to portfolio management and client satisfaction. Participate in client calls to discuss financial performance and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Prepare and present well-structured reports and recommendations, even in situations with incomplete information, to support timely and strategic decision-making.
  • Evaluate and approve account reviews within delegated authority limits, or escalate recommendations for accounts exceeding authority thresholds, ensuring alignment with the company’s risk appetite.
