QUALIFICATIONS YOU MUST HAVE

  • Experience with SAP, APEX, PRISM, ARIBA
  • 1+ years of experience using Microsoft Excel including formulas and functions.
  • 1+ years of experience working with Microsoft Power Point, Adobe
  • Ability to self-manage workload and prioritize tasks
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field.
  • This position may require access to systems/tools that are restricted to individuals who possess US citizenship.
  • Candidates must be located in Puerto Rico.

The following position is to join our RTX Corporate, Enterprise Services, Research Center or BBN team:
Enterprise Services (ES) Procurement organization in Santa Isabel, Puerto Rico is seeking a strong candidate to join the Requisition Services team as a Sr. Analyst, Supply Chain Management. The Requisition Services team provides purchase requisition development, management, and closeout support for material, services, and software procurement. This role has close interaction with all stakeholders across the Procure to Pay value stream. The position is engaged in providing key support to process automation and process improvement activities in the procurement cycle.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • This position supports the procurement of hardware, software, maintenance and outside service items charged to company overhead, capital and programs.
  • Evaluate internal customer demand for material, software, and service for completeness and accuracy. Through independent analysis, determine the optimal approach to requisition setup to enable seamless downstream execution of the order.
  • Prioritize workload, and create & release procurement requisitions into the company’s business systems (APEX, PRISM, SRM, eventually ARIBA).
  • Provide requisition issuance oversight and communication of status throughout the procurement cycle from requisition to purchase order to material receipt and through to invoice posting and payment.
  • Interaction with internal stakeholders to facilitate the procurement to pay process, including identifying solutions to remove obstacles impeding the process.
