• Own cost related topics for customer projects and products (SPACEs) concerning VM activities from RFQ to post-SOP within the SBU Car Audio
• Drive, establish and maintain a multi-year forecast savings calculation for Value Management projects and cost-down activities in alignment with cross-functional teams
• Lead Business Case calculations (ROI) for VM projects in alignment with project teams
• Analyze and identify technical cost drivers in complex systems and prepare baseline for technical countermeasures in alignment with project controlling
• Own the definition, tracking and monitoring of VM KPIs incl. regular cross-functional reviews
• Optimize existing reporting routines and implementation of new reporting standards/tools
• Lead and define continuous process optimizations for project cost calculation within VM activities
• Challenge VM Engineering & Procurement from technical and commercial perspective from ideation to tracking of implementation
• Develop mathematical models for project comparisons to continuously improve own processes
• Build and drive re-useable methodologies and models for data sanity checks
• Knowledge transfer between different regions for cost down opportunities
