Required Qualifications:

  • Analytics experience writing SQL queries, demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • Experience developing data and dashboards in Tableau or similar BI tool such as PowerBI, QlikView, QuickSight or Looker
  • Experience working with multiple data sources to create models using Alteryx or Tableau Prep
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with experience engaging with Analytics stakeholders
  • Problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement, innovation and best practices in data visualization
  • Ability to translate complex data into usable business dashboards and provide valuable insights to the TA functio

Desired Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience developing dashboards in ThoughtSpot is preferred
  • 1+ years of experience working with data in a Human Resources function is preferre

Responsibilities:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Analytics Consultant to support the global Talent Acquisition function with developing dashboards, data analysis and insights to enable our global team to access democratized data at their fingertips. You will play a key role in scoping, designing and implementing intuitive, insightful, and user-friendly dashboards.

In this role, you will:

  • Consult, review and research moderately complex Talent Acquisition (TA) data and dashboard challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of various needs and requirements of the global TA team
  • Design and develop ThoughtSpot dashboards that provide actionable insights, across a range of topics not limited to key metrics such as time-to-hire, candidate pipelines, recruiter performance and sourcing effectiveness
  • Manage operational and technical challenges with the dashboards that require an in-depth evaluation of variable data factors
  • Perform functional analysis to support and drive strategic initiatives and business needs. Implement advanced analytics features such as predictive modelling, trend analysis, and forecasting of future needs and challenges
  • Develop a deep understanding of our analytics products including Tableau, ThoughtSpot, technical systems and business processes to extract data driven insights while identifying opportunities for enhancements
  • Customize functionality within our tools and products to meet the unique needs of our employees at different levels of the organization, in countries/regions, and performing varying roles in the Talent Acquisition process
  • Lead or participate on large cross group projects with peers, colleagues, product vendors, and mid-level managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
  • Ensure you have a solid understanding of compliance and risk management requirements for Talent Acquisition as it relates to data and analytics
  • Mentor less experienced staff
