Description:
Responsibilities:
- Develop an overarching process document that unifies all Asset Information Management (AIM) departments.(Engineering Records, Engineering Drawings, Process Safety Information Programs).
- Create a comprehensive process map that captures the entire AIM data and information flow.
- Analyze AIM requirements and interdepartmental interactions to identify areas for improvement, particularly by looking for and finding alignment.
- Develop business cases and plans to execute on improvement opportunities and collaborate with impacted stakeholders to enable these opportunities.
- Collaborate with Asset Information teams and Subject Matter Experts to understand and document requirements.
- Collaborate with Project teams and Regional Operations to understand AIM requirement challenges to inform improvement opportunities.
