MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 2 years of experience with customer support in an internal capacity at a large organization
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- High-quality handling and solving customer queries and problems
- Collaboration skills (internally and externally) and initiative/proactivity
- Sophisticated competence using MS Office – in particular Excel, PowerPoint, Teams/SharePoint
- Experience in event coordination
- Exposure to working with data and metrics in the HR context
- Exposure to TM processes and programs at large organizations
- Proficiency in English and additional languages is a plus
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS
- Broad understanding of TM processes in organizations
- Production and analysis of TM data
- Competent in the use and creation of internal collaboration sites (e.g. SharePoint)
