MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 2 years of experience with customer support in an internal capacity at a large organization
  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • Strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • High-quality handling and solving customer queries and problems
  • Collaboration skills (internally and externally) and initiative/proactivity
  • Sophisticated competence using MS Office – in particular Excel, PowerPoint, Teams/SharePoint
  • Experience in event coordination
  • Exposure to working with data and metrics in the HR context
  • Exposure to TM processes and programs at large organizations
  • Proficiency in English and additional languages is a plus

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS

  • Broad understanding of TM processes in organizations
  • Production and analysis of TM data
  • Competent in the use and creation of internal collaboration sites (e.g. SharePoint)

Responsibilities:

Join our Amgen Global Talent Management COE as a member of the agile operational team. The team provides project and specialist support to ensure the successful development and deployment of talent management (TM) strategies and programs.
