We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 6 to 8 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in JSON IoT Restful Services Tomcat Spring Boot and Core Java. Experience in the Education domain is a plus. This role offers a hybrid work model with day shifts and no travel requirements.

• Lead the design and development of complex software solutions using Core Java and Spring Boot.
• Oversee the implementation of IoT Restful Services to ensure seamless integration and communication between devices.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
• Ensure the efficient deployment and management of applications on Tomcat servers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Develop and maintain high-quality code adhering to best practices and coding standards.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and identify potential areas for improvement.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues ensuring minimal disruption to the development process.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle from concept and design to testing and deployment.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all developed software ensuring clarity and ease of understanding.
• Optimize application performance and scalability to meet the growing needs of the business.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of projects on time and within budget.
