About the Role:
SC Johnson Professional is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Distributor Account Manager to oversee a defined portfolio of distributor buying accounts within our prioritised segments. The primary objective of this role is to drive sales and profit growth by effectively leveraging our product categories and fostering strong relationships between our distribution partners and their customer base.

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve year-on-year growth in the assigned territory, meeting or exceeding budgeted expectations.
  • Develop and implement journey plans to maximize end-user engagement while minimizing travel time.
  • Ensure diaries are meticulously planned, with week 1 being 100% full and week 2 at least 70% full.
  • Manage and coordinate all allocated Distributor Accounts, gaining an in-depth understanding of each distributor and their market sectors.
  • Actively manage a marketing program with a fully costed portfolio and clear ROI KPIs, and attend exhibitions and trade shows as required.
  • Maintain up-to-date records in DSC, reflecting all levels of activity, end-user and distributor interactions throughout the sales cycle, with a focus on driving accurate forecasting.
