DESCRIPTION

As the Talent Sourcing Associate, you will play a pivotal role in building our talent pipeline for diverse/underrepresented populations and hard-to-staff positions. You’ll be the driving force behind our sourcing and recruiting efforts, shaping Lilly’s future by identifying and attracting top talent across the US.

BASIC REQUIREMENTS

  • Fluency in English, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Recruiting and conducting talent sourcing, ideally with a diversity and inclusion focus.
  • Proven experience in sourcing using internet research, search engines, Boolean strings, data mining, and cold calling.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A passion for building relationships and a commitment to diversity and inclusion initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Become a search and subject matter expert, collaborating with recruiters and hiring managers to identify and attract talent through lead generation, strategic sourcing, and market research.
  • Execute sourcing strategies for various business areas and functions, ensuring a diverse talent pool for the future.
  • Analyze labor market trends and utilize recruitment intelligence to optimize diversity sourcing efforts.
  • Meet annual and monthly diversity sourcing goals, including leads, contacts, candidates, diversity metrics, and hires.
  • Masterfully utilize technology to track leads, contacts, and candidates and continuously build a diverse talent pool.
  • Build and nurture relationships with multicultural organizations, focusing on sourcing underrepresented groups in STEM and other areas at Lilly.
  • Leverage LinkedIn, job boards, niche websites, and social media to proactively build a diverse talent pool and attract top candidates.
