Lilly is currently constructing a Next Generation Biotech Drug Substance Manufacturing Facility in Limerick, Ireland. This facility will be Lilly’s most technically advanced manufacturing site and will include next-generation manufacturing technologies and advanced data collection and analysis platforms that will deliver improvements in safety and quality, and increased productivity and process performance.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Hons Degree in a relevant discipline, ideally holding a Learning and Development certification / qualification
  • 3+ years relevant experience (in line with the above)
    Note: The role will require the successful applicant to be onsite for 5 days per week for a period of time with the potential to move to a hybrid model (1 to 2 days remote per week maximum) pending agreement with your supervisor.

Responsibilities:

MAIN PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES OF POSITION:

This is a unique and exciting opportunity to be a part of the Human Resources team for the startup of a greenfield manufacturing site.
The Sr. Associate - Training is responsible for assisting in the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of the site training system, for providing training support associated with the Training system and also for supporting the creation, co-ordination, and implementation of learning solutions across the business areas while assisting the area maintain qualification compliance.
