Description:

The Sr. B2B SEO/SEM Specialist is crucial for driving the success of B2B SEO and SEM campaigns by ensuring continuous optimization and alignment with key performance indicators (KPIs) such as organic traffic, conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS). Through data-driven decision-making, the role leverages advanced analytical tools to enhance campaign effectiveness and efficiency. Additionally this role ensures collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to develop and execute high-impact campaigns which elevate search visibility and drive business growth.

THE MUST HAVES: (EX: JOB CANNOT BE DONE WITHOUT THESE SKILLS, EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES)

  • Experience: Five or more (5+) years of B2B SEO/SEM experience, preferably with some agency background.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong proficiency in Excel/Sheets, including pivot tables and lookup formulas.
  • Self-Motivation: Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and drive results through proactive decision-making.

THE NICE TO HAVES: (PREFERRED ADDITIONAL SKILLS, EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES)

  • Advanced Analytical Tools: Experience with advanced data analysis tools and ABM (Account-Based Marketing) strategies.
  • Certifications: Certifications in Google Ads, Bing Ads, SEO, or other relevant digital marketing platforms.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Math, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize SEO strategies and SEM campaigns across platforms like Google, Bing, and other search engines.
  • Monitor keyword rankings, site traffic, and ad performance, adjusting strategies to achieve targeted KPIs.
  • Analyze reporting to assess organic search performance, paid search results, and conduct competitive benchmarking.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and research teams to produce high-impact campaigns that drive search visibility and conversion.
  • Provide strategic recommendations for on-page SEO, backlinking strategies, ad copy, and landing page optimizations.
  • Explore and initiate tests for new SEO tactics and SEM campaigns focused on ABM (Account-Based Marketing).
