Responsibilities:
Infosys is seeking an experienced Consultant with deep expertise in the Business Analysis preferably in the ECommerce area. In this role, you will work closely with our clients to understand their business requirements and deploy tailored solution to optimize their shipping processes.
Responsibilities
- You will be contributing to different phases of the product development lifecycle.
- You will design and may be required to configure existing platform to align with the client’s requirements and industry best practices.
- You may lead consulting engagements to conceptualize and blueprint large transformations or new product capabilities
- You may lead the implementation and deployment of the developed capabilities, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes.
- You should be able to provide inputs or guide testing and quality assurance teams to validate the accuracy and efficiency of the implemented solution.
- You should be able to provide training and support to end-users on how to effectively utilize the new features or capabilities.
- You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development and internal capability building.
- You will interact with senior client stakeholders on process harmonization, status and issue resolutions
Required
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
- 5+ years of experience in Information Technology
- Proven experience (15+ years) in working in business processes analysis and its documentation.
- Strong proficiency in creating product backlog, grooming user stories and aligning functional designs / process modifications with business stakeholders.
- Ability to guide a team of business analysts and UX designers to build prototype, articulate product strategies and roadmaps
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and teams.
- Experience in Agile project management methodologies
