EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, life sciences, or a related field.
- A Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
EXPERIENCE
- 3+ years of experience in business development, out-licensing, or strategic partnerships within the pharmaceutical, biotech industry or in university technology transfer offices
- Strong understanding of the Advanced Therapies and Biotherapeutics development lifecycle and the commercialization process within the life sciences sector.
- Experience in closing complex licensing agreements and partnerships.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Outstanding interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal leadership and external partners.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools, excellent analytical, financial, and strategy development skills and use of Microsoft Office Suite.
