Responsibilities:

YOUR ROLE AT BAXTER!

Market Planner is responsible for inventory management at Country/Cluster level, supply exceptions and leadership of communication between Commercial Team, Customer Service, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Network and Demand Planners, and Fulfillment team to mitigate gaps between inventory and customers demand at short/middle term. Market Planner scope include risk and product allocation management.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Management of import or manufactured finish good, machines or spare parts through relationship with international and intercompany suppliers and other external entities.
  • Analyze planning projection through used of planning tool. Market Planner will visualize planning projection according to codes catalogue, supplier and business unit.
  • Responsible for planning parameter in planning tool. They should be aligned closer to reality: lead times, safety stocks and QA releases.
  • Support activities regarding Change Control/ for new or existing products.
  • Guarantee KPI´s accomplishment as inventory level, cash flow, customer Service level, backorder, discard and Supply Chain expenses.
  • Lead communication strategies for partners regarding to supply risks and lead new product launches and product phase-outs within the market.
  • Identify and implement improvement projects looking for inventory levels optimization.
  • Management of financial complaints. (Product in Hold) and complaints for QA issues in machines.
