SSOE is looking to hire a Sr. C&Q Agent (Commissioning and Qualification) to join our team of experts in delivering cutting-edge solutions to our clients. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of advanced industrial, semiconductor, biotech, healthcare, and pharmaceutical facilities for the world’s leading high-tech companies. You will work closely with our clients, engineering teams, and other professionals to ensure that projects meet and exceed industry standards. Responsibilities:
- Support commissioning and qualification activities from project initiation to closeout.
- Oversee, coordinate, and perform detailed field commissioning services for all types of facilities including laboratories, cleanrooms, manufacturing, and pilot plants.
- Review functional, design and testing documentation from suppliers/contractors to ensure compliance to cGMP and Good Documentation Practices.
- Develop and execute validation protocols for both hardware and software related to GxP computer systems
- Review the Vendor/Contractor quality documentation for completeness and correctness and coordinate activities to ensure compliance to the C&Q plan.
- Prepare detailed User Requirements Specifications (URS), Commissioning & Qualification Plans and Specifications, installation checklists and functional test procedures.
- Perform Design Verification (Design Qualification) and lead meetings.
- Prepare and execute IQ/OQ protocols and provide supplemental testing documentation to that provided by the Suppliers/Contractors. Participate in FAT, SAT, IQ and OQ activities and prepare related reports.
Qualifications:
- The candidate must have experience with control systems and understand network architecture.
- Good organizational and planning skills with the ability to plan the execution of the C&Q process.
- Ability to develop strong working relationships with the internal and external stakeholders and works well within a collaborative team environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Experience coordinating with both owners and contractors as well as the ability to lead project meetings are necessary.
- Ability to read and understand building drawings, specifications, and submittals, including P&IDs.
- Must be proficient in the use of computers and Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Salary Range: $90,000 - $130,000/year depending on location, education, experience, and any certifications that are directly related to the position.
