EDUCATION

• Bachelors degree required, preferably in Sciences, Engineering, Business or related field.
• MBA preferred.

EXPERIENCE

• 8+ years of proven experience in life sciences industry or related field with progressively growing responsibilities.
• 5+ years of proven experience in sales and marketing.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• Strong analytical skills and ability to draw conclusions and observations from market trends and sales data analysis.
• Ability to plan, gain consensus and implement a project to completion and success.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to travel domestically (40%) to interface with key customers and internal teams.
