Credit Operations is looking for a dynamic, influential, and results-driven team member to be the next Senior Analyst, Collection Strategy & Credit Risk Policy.
As the Senior Analyst, Collection Strategy & Credit Risk Policy, you will be responsible for developing and implementing targeted Collection Communication Strategies that align with our business objectives and brand. You will play a critical role in developing, assessing, and implementing tailored communication journeys over multiple channels and platforms. This position offers a unique opportunity to lead strategic initiatives and drive positive impact across the organization.
Responsibilities:
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Develop and Implement Communication Strategies: Create and execute comprehensive communication plans that address delinquency issues, aiming to reduce instances and improve overall recovery rates while aligning with organizational goals.
- Manage Internal and External Communications: Oversee communication efforts related to delinquency management, ensuring clear and consistent messaging to both internal teams and external stakeholders, including customers and partners.
- Analyze and Report on Communication Metrics: Track and evaluate the impact of communication initiatives on delinquency rates, using key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and adjust strategies to enhance effectiveness in mitigating delinquency.
- Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with departments such as collections, risk management, digital and customer service to develop and implement strategies that address and prevent delinquency, ensuring a unified approach to managing and reducing risk.
- Stay Current with Industry Trends: Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies related to delinquency prevention and communication strategies, integrating best practices and innovative solutions to effectively address and reduce delinquency.
