THIS IS A 12-MONTHS FIXED TERM POSITION.

The Enterprise Data & Analytics (EDAP) team is at the heart of Sun Life’s digital transformation. We drive best-in-class data & analytics capabilities to the business to create better client experiences and business outcomes. Internal marketing communications that promote and advance our products and services are crucial to help drive awareness, investment, and adoption.
We are seeking an experienced communication and change management professional who is passionate about storytelling, creating engaging employee experiences and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver results. The successful candidate will bring a fresh, creative perspective to our work and will apply their skills in a variety of areas including team & key stakeholder communications, internal marketing communications, graphic design & layout, multi-channel marketing, data analysis, reporting, and research. This role reports to the Director, Communications & Creative Services.

Responsibilities:

  • Help inform the team on how we’re evolving to support Sun Life’s digital transformation
  • Create rich media to bolster our communication to promote our products and services to support our Leaders – images, short video, GIFs, interactive media, and more
  • Execute the marketing communication strategy & plans for various Sun Life stakeholders
  • Create compelling and engaging communications grounded in storytelling that resonate with various audiences & align to journeys
  • Ensure brand and tone of voice is consistent across all communications.
  • Fuel employee engagement by delivering strategic and visual internal communications tied to EDAP priorities, culture & client value.
  • Become part of a dynamic team of diverse IT professionals in a collaborative environment.
