What You’ll Do:
Collaborate closely with the Hospitality Product & Inventory team to support the development and implementation of comprehensive hospitality packages during the Milano-Cortina 2026 Winter Olympics. As a key member of the Product & Inventory team, this entry-level position involves contributing to various aspects of product development, content production, and ensuring efficient management and execution of hospitality offerings.
Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate records of meetings, including minutes, action items, follow up items, and follow up dates.

• Support the Director of Hospitality & Inventory with reports and presentations.
• Contribute to the precise management of inventory and systems for the Product & Inventory team.
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders and venues.
• Maintain a working knowledge of the complex needs of our deliverables.
• Strong interest in event hospitality, with a passion for winter sports or large-scale events.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, demonstrating an ability to manage tasks effectively.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities, with a willingness to learn and contribute to a team-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in English; proficiency in Italian is a plus.
• Eagerness to collaborate and contribute positively to the team’s objectives.
• Permission to work in Italy.
